The Papers

Despite the fact that no one will read this and that it's completely pointless, seeing as I (Emma) am writing this and am clearly not on my mission, I decided to test out this little blog. And I might as well inform cyberspace that I have submitted my mission papers! I am now anxiously awaiting my initial assignment (and the cue to start shopping for clothing and supplies like a mad woman).

Hopefully this blog will serve to update all ye that possess an interest in my mission progress. I say 'hopefully' because I've never used a blog before which means my parents have definitely never used a blog and it is they who will be in charge of posting afore mentioned updates.

Which reminds me: if the font "Comic Sans" is ever used on this blog, please report back to me so someone (that's you, Mom) can be rebuked. Just kidding, I don't even think that font is available.

Well, it's too bad I'm only just discovering blogs, because I totally love writing this. I guess in a couple years I can write my own. That's about it. Now I can go tweak any formatting issues.

I'll let you know when my call arrives!

  1. Oh Emma, apparently I am no one because I read your little blog. hahaha. I think it is awesome that you are going on a mission. You will be amazing. I saw your Facebook status and just want you to know that I made this guess 6 hours and 40 minutes before you opened your call, that way you can't say I cheated when I guess right where you are going. You'll be serving in either Pennsylvania, or in the Melbourne Australia mission.

    Thats my guess.
